Youth Development Coordinator
Ace joined the Ignite Sport team in 2023, he attended Naenae College and was a part of the Ignite Sport Leadership programme during his time at kura. After finishing at college in 2021, Ace went on to study at Victoria University majoring in education and sociology. During his time there he was a Residental Advisor at Te Puni Village which is one of the university's halls of residence. Ace joined Ignite Sport to give back to the community that raised him and aided his transition into the person he is today, he is excited to guide the next generation of leaders in Te Awakairangi.
Ace has a passion for seeing young people unlock their full potential and thrive in all aspects of life. Ignite Sport has had a positive impact on Aces journey & he is grateful to be a part of the Ignite Sport legacy.
In his own time, Ace loves sports, particularly football and touch rugby but will watch and participate in all sports. Ace loves going to the beach and spends most of the summer at Waitārere fishing, body-boarding and quad bike riding.
