Te Awakairangi Youth Development Network (TAYDN) is a group of youth, community and health workers that provide services for rangatahi in the Te Awakairangi region.
TAYDN organises five events every year that run youth development trainings, which aims to upskill/enhance the mahi of all the organisations that form TAYDN. Connecting at these events provides youth workers the opportunity to network, support and challenge each other.

As part of the steering committee on TAYDN; Ignite Sport works with other committee members in collaborating what training is offered. The network itself is made-up of about 40 different organisations throughout the Te Awakairangi region.
